Orders
- Sending a request on the site or on WhatsApp is not a final sale. Our team contacts you to confirm the product, price and delivery.
- An order is final after you approve the quotation and pay.
- We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, and we tell you before any payment.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change before an order is confirmed.
- We issue an approved electronic tax invoice for every sale.
Delivery and installation
- Delivery time and cost are set in the quotation, depending on the city.
- Installation and system training are provided as agreed.
